When I got pregnant at 26, I did what Instagram moms told me to do. Sober. In bed by sundown.
I gave my son everything for three years – my energy, my time, my body, my essence.
I regret nothing. My son is an absolute gem.
But the moment we stopped breastfeeding, I remembered.
I remembered I love staying up til 2am. That I am a full body yes to tequila shots. That the greatest joy I have ever experienced is sunrise on the dancefloor. That mascara and a new dress make me fall in love with myself.
I remembered I am not just a mom.
And every time I dance til dawn, an ancient truth rings loud and clear:
Party is prayer. And the dancefloor is where we meet God

In nearly 20 years of leading 150+ retreats, I have watched thousands of women arrive carrying the weight of being everything to everyone.
And I have watched them leave lighter. Because they reconnected with themselves and each other. They remembered.
Joy is not a reward for finishing your to-do list. Joy is the medicine.
When you are led by Venus and Eros you are responding to life-force energy. This is the most powerful and creative manifestation force on the planet.
